Rochel Ferman, mother of two beautiful daughters, Jordana & Ariella (3.5 & 2 respectively) and wife to Roy Ferman, founded and created "Make My Baby Smile."

She has a natural talent with babies and children, working with them as a young teen spending many hours babysitting, and loving it. Needless to say becoming a mother was of second nature to her. The idea of starting her own business was born through simply helping her best friend with a newborn when that friend, excited and relieved that Rochel's excellent tips and methods were indeed making a huge difference, suggested she help other moms.

It wasn't long before Make My Baby Smile became official and Rochel began enthusiastically guiding so many moms, gently showing them age-appropriate day and nighttime routines, sharing techniques, tips, advice giving emotional support and most amazingly getting babies to sleep 12 hours at night and take longer, deeper naps in the daytime.

In no time, Rochel developed a great reputation for what she does and almost every mother in Los Angeles has heard about her magic touch. She has even had clients who have "gifted" her services to another mommy friend, who felt this was the best present she could possibly give.

Rochel is truly passionate about her work and through helping families get the sleep they need, solving any other "issues" or problems they may have by coming up with unique and creative suggestions and solutions she knows at the end of the day- she can make your baby smile!

Originally from South Africa, Jayde Elmaleh, mom of beautiful baby girl Mika, quickly learned the power of good routine for her own daughter. Before long, Jayde took her enthusiasm for motherhood to the next level by studying closely under the watchful eye of Make My Baby Smile founder, Rochel Ferman. To date, Jayde is the only other qualified sleep trainer and mommy consultant from the Make My Baby Smile family.

Jayde as an amazing knack for understanding specific issues with each unique baby which translates into a focused approach of providing solutions for parents. Jayde is warm, friendly and truly cares about each family she works with, often being accused of caring too much. Jayde has a heart of gold and the families she works with are all beneficiaries.
